CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Scheduler/Pre-Registrar to efficiently manage incoming calls and fax requests to schedule outpatient tests, ensuring a seamless patient experience.

You will complete pre-registration for scheduled patients, verify provider orders, and maintain accurate financial and clinical data by phone, delivering courteous service.

Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and patient-focused service are essential.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Office experience in a healthcare setting with CPT/ICD-10 codes.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks; strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsabilidades

• Manage scheduling system and keep the schedule up-to-date with no conflicts.
• Perform pre-registration by telephone with timely, accurate data entry.
• Accurately schedule patient exams in a professional manner.
• Demonstrate knowledge of medical insurances and patient financial responsibility.
• Check insurance eligibility and communicate clearly with patients.
• Handle multiple incoming lines and calls to providers.
