Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of registration or billing experience preferred.
• Proficiency in patient registration, scheduling, insurance pre-certifications, authorizations and referrals.
• Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and register them using AIDET; provide courteous service.
• Handle full registration and update demographics, insurance, and signatures.
• Coordinate patient outreach via MyChart and front desk communications.
• Utilize kiosks/tablets to assist patients upon arrival; ability to stand 2–8 hours.
• Schedule appointments across the healthcare continuum; manage follow-ups.
• Collect co-pays and reconcile cash drawer daily.
• Perform non-clinical admin duties and document in the medical record.
• Communicate with the multidisciplinary team and uphold Mission, Vision and Values.
