Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of registration or billing experience in a medical facility.
• Proficiency in patient registration, scheduling, pre-certifications and referrals.
• Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and guests using AIDET, providing excellent patient service.
• Handles full patient registration including demographics, insurance details and signatures.
• Collects co-pays and reconciles cash drawer; performs non-clinical admin duties and referrals.
• Works with the multidisciplinary team and ensures compliance with policies and standards.
