Intermountain Health’s Sunset Clinic in St George, Utah, seeks a Patient Service Representative to be the first point of contact for patients. You will greet and check-in/out patients, verify demographics, and support insurance coordination.

This full-time role involves scheduling visits and tests, documenting calls in the EMR, collecting payments, and helping patients complete regulatory and billing forms.

Competenze

• Six months of customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills including word processing and data entry.
• Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to protect PHI and patient privacy.

Mansioni

• Greet and check in/out patients and verify information.
• Schedule appointments, procedures, tests, referrals, and consultations.
• Document calls accurately in the EMR.
• Register patients by updating demographic data and insurance information.
