Intermountain Healthcare Inc. Sunset Clinic in St George, Utah is seeking a Patient Service Representative to be the first point of contact for patients. You will greet, check in/out patients, verify demographics, and schedule visits while delivering courteous service.

You will document calls in EMR, assist with insurance forms, collect payments, and help patients navigate billing. This on-site role requires teamwork, privacy protection, and strong communication to ensure a smooth patient

Qualificações

• Six months of customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills (word processing and data entry).
• Professional manner and strong interpersonal/communication skills.
• Ability to protect PHI and maintain patient privacy.
• Ability to work collaboratively with patients and caregivers.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and check-in/out patients; verify demographic data.
• Schedule appointments and registrations; enter information in EMR.
• Obtain insurance cards and forms; assist with billing forms.
• Communicate with patients over phone or in person; resolve needs.
• Process payments and document calls in EMR.
