Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in/out patients and verify information.
• Document all phone calls in the EMR.
• Schedule patient appointments for visits, tests, referrals, and consultations.
• Register patients by confirming and updating demographic data on the system.
• Obtain insurance cards and IDs; assist with insurance coordination of benefits and pre-certification.
