Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year certificate from college or technical school (preferred).
• One year of relevant experience in insurance billing, access management, patient financial services, electronic health records, lab service support or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients or visitors as a concierge.
• Handle clerical tasks: answer phones, schedule appointments, process registrations, and manage mail and supplies.
• Register/check-in patients and schedule follow-up visits; assist with self-registration.
• Maintain patient records and upload documents into the EMR/EHR system.
• Participate in safety initiatives and complete related competencies.
