Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year vocational/technical certificate preferred.
• One year of experience in insurance billing, access management, patient financial services, EMR/EHR, or related.

• Greets and communicates with patients or visitors as concierge.
• Handles clerical tasks: answering calls, scheduling appointments, ordering supplies, generating letters, processing mail, and documenting calls in the EHR.
• Registers and checks in patients; confirms demographic and insurance information; assists with self-registration and arrival; schedules follow-up appointments.
• Maintains patient medical records; uploads documents into EPIC; basic EMR/EHR scanning.
• Participates in safety initiatives and completes safety competencies.
