Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, collect payments and co-payments.
• Answer telephone/switchboard and schedule routine patient appointments.
• Register patients and verify demographics and insurance; assist kiosk registration.
• Maintain patient medical records and scan documents into EPIC.
• Document patient calls in the EMR when routing or resolving issues.
• Support safety initiatives and complete required safety competencies.
