You will handle appointment scheduling, patient check-ins, payments, data collection, and eligibility verification to ensure a smooth patient experience in a fast-paced clinic.

This role requires excellent customer service, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to relate to a diverse patient population.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of customer service or office experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with MS Office; EPIC EMR a plus.
• Ability to engage with a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and check-in patients in person or by phone.
• Handle payments and collect required information for visits.
• Verify patient eligibility for insurance and healthcare programs.
• Guide patients and visitors and perform general administrative duties.
• Maintain accurate data and contribute to a supportive, friendly environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to the care team.
