Cowlitz Family Health Center is seeking a Patient Services Representative to be the welcoming face of our team. You will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring they feel valued and cared for from the moment they walk in.

The role includes appointment scheduling, patient check-ins, payment handling, data collection, and verifying eligibility for insurance and healthcare programs. This fast-paced, mission-driven environment requires a friendly demeanor and strong service orientation.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service, administrative support and/or office experience, preferably in a health care setting.
• Computer skills; MS Office Suite preferred; EPIC EMR a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills; strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Appointment scheduling and patient check-ins.
• Payment handling and data collection.
• Verifying patient eligibility for insurance and healthcare programs.
• Guiding patients and visitors; carrying out administrative duties.
