Cowlitz Family Health Center is seeking a Patient Services Representative to be the welcoming face of our team. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling scheduling, check-ins, payments, and data collection in a fast-paced health care setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of customer service/administrative experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Computer skills; EPIC EMR a plus; MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide exceptional service.
• Schedule appointments and check-in patients.
• Handle payments and collect data.
• Verify insurance eligibility for programs.
• Provide guidance to patients and visitors; perform administrative duties.
