Job summary

Neighborcare Health in Seattle, WA is seeking a Patient Services Representative to greet patients, check them in for appointments, and guide them through the check-out process. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check-in at time of appointment.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage check-out process.
• Serve as information resource for patients and families.
• Participate in population health management and care coordination.
• Maintain front-desk areas, charts and files.
• Check insurance eligibility and scan insurance cards.
• Collect co-pays and process daily drawer closeout.
• Provide registration forms and update patient information.
• Schedule walk-in patients for same-day appointments.
• Explain sliding-scale policy to self-pay patients and enter income details into EHR.
