Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of customer service, administrative support, and/or office experience.
• Computer skills with MS Office; EPIC EMR a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with a low-income, diverse population dealing with health issues.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and check patients in/out.
• Handle payments and data collection.
• Verify patient eligibility for insurance and healthcare programs.
• Guide patients and visitors and perform administrative duties.
• Establish professional, respectful relationships with patients.
