Job summary

Neighborcare Health is seeking a Patient Services Representative to warmly greet patients, check in and register new and returning patients, and schedule same-day appointments. You will collect updated information for the electronic health record and verify insurance details to ensure accurate billing and efficient flow.

The role supports care coordination within a team focusing on population health and high-quality patient care in our Seattle clinics.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• One year of customer service experience required.
• Bilingual skills and one year healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families as they arrive at the clinic.
• Answer telephones, confirm appointments, and transfer calls as needed.
• Check in patients and collect/update information for the EHR.
• Assist with maintaining provider templates and appointment schedules.
• Keep waiting areas and front-desk organized and tidy.
• Prepare charts and accounts daily.
