Forefront Dermatology is hiring a Patient Service Representative for our Naperville, IL clinics. This full-time role greets patients, checks in, verifies insurance, and supports front desk operations.

You will travel to Crest Hill, Morris, New Lenox and Yorkville as needed and handle scheduling, payments, and basic EHR tasks. We offer health, retirement, PTO, life insurance, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years of recent medical office experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic computer functions.
• Ability to learn new software quickly.
• Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment.
• Typing speed of 40 wpm is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Maintains confidentiality of information.

Responsibilities

• Open and close clinic duties.
• Greet patients, check in, verify insurance.
• Scan documents into the electronic health record.
• Keep waiting area and reception tidy all day.
• Manage schedules: added, canceled, no-shows.
• Schedule follow-ups as needed.
• Handle tasks in the EHR system.
• Process co-pays and payments at checkout.
