Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a part-time Patient Service Representative for the Naperville site. You will greet patients, manage appointments, collect co-pays, and support front desk operations to ensure a smooth patient experience.

The role requires strong customer service, EPIC EMR proficiency, and teamwork in a fast-paced clinic. Hours are 25-26 per week, Monday through Friday with some variability; travel to other Dermatology sites may be required for coverage.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office or clinical setting preferred.
• Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check them in/out; schedule appointments.
• Answer phones and manage multi-line phone system.
• Collect co-pays and reconcile daily transactions.
