BrightView Health is hiring a Patient Services Representative in Cincinnati, OH. You will be the first point of contact, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, collecting copays, and ensuring a smooth in-clinic experience.

This role requires strong communication, empathy, and accuracy in maintaining patient records, insurance and billing information, with HIPAA familiarity. A high school diploma and 2+ years front desk experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of front desk experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and serve as first contact, handling inquiries.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; collect copays and other payments.
• Maintain accurate patient accounts, including insurance and billing information.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and 42-CFR part 2 desired.
