Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of front desk experience or equivalent.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Familiarity with HIPAA/privacy standards desired.
• Ability to handle patient payments and resolve inquiries.

Aufgaben

• Serve as first point of contact for patient inquiries, and assist with problem solving patient issues.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Collect point of service payments, including patient copays.
• Coordinate with clinic and central support regarding appointments and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate patient accounts and billing information; ensure privacy compliance.
