UC Health Cincinnati is seeking a Patient Services Representative to be the main point of contact for patients as they enter, exit, or seek assistance within our clinics. You will deliver courteous, compliant customer service and facilitate smooth front-desk operations across registration, pre-certifications, and scheduling processes.

The role supports pre-visit planning, data collection for registrations, benefits verification, and coordination of transportation as needed.

Formación

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED; Associate's Degree preferred.
• Experience: 0–6 months minimum; 1–2 years preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Front Office Flow: greet patients, answer questions, assist with scheduling changes, locate destinations, coordinate transportation, round lobby, answer calls, adhere to HIPAA, conduct end-of-day reconciliation.
• Pre-Registration Process: verify benefits, obtain authorizations, manage data for procedures.
• Registration Process: collect demographics, assist with MyChart enrollment, collect co-payments and follow consent workflows.
• Insurance Coordination: update insurance changes, collect information for visits, ensure completeness for billing.
• Clinical Coordination: assist with referrals, pre-visit planning, scheduling, and medical records management.
• Minimum Required: High School Diploma or GED. 0–6 months experience; 1–2 years preferred.
