Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred.
• 0-6 months equivalent experience required; 1-2 years equivalent experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Engages with patients as they enter, leave, or request assistance within the facilities.
• Demonstrates customer service excellence and ensures each patient interaction is handled with care.
• Adheres to HIPAA policies and coordinate front desk tasks such as scheduling, check-in, and verification of information.
• Assist with registration, pre-registration, and insurance coordination to support smooth patient flow.
