Responsabilités

• Answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, check patients in/out, follow up on no-shows, and contact recall patients.
• Greet patients professionally and complete registration.
• Confirm physician schedules and assist with changes.
• Document patient flow and wait times.
• Collect co-pays, ensure insurance verification, and update demographic info for billing.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and provide Privacy Practices to patients.
