Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of medical office or clinical setting preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check in/out, schedule appointments, and manage front desk duties.
• Coordinate provider schedules to optimize access and reduce wait times.
• Use EPIC to update demographics, verify insurance, and handle forms.
• Collect co-pays, issue receipts, and reconcile daily transactions.
• Answer calls, route inquiries, and schedule follow-ups.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
