Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of customer experience, preferably in healthcare settings.
• Experience in a team-focused environment.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer multiple phone lines and route calls per procedures.
• Greet patients and document arrival for appointments.
• Notify staff of patient arrivals and schedule appointments.
• Process co-pays, co-insurance and other payments.
• Register new patients or update existing patient information.
• Process patient insurance and ID paperwork.
• Perform end-of-day reconciliation accurately.
• Process outgoing and return mail as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
