Job summary

Southwest Ohio ENT Specialists is seeking a BBIVAR Patient Services Representative to be the first contact for patients and Voice Pathologists. You will greet patients, prepare daily charts, collect co-pays, and schedule appointments and procedures.

Responsibilities include answering calls, registering patients, verifying information, coordinating with the billing team, and maintaining office supplies in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Open the office and prepare equipment for first patients.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments and procedures, and handle cancellations per guidelines.
• Greet patients and notify staff of arrivals; complete checkout and schedule follow-ups.
• Enter/verify patient information, copy insurance cards, and collect required paperwork.
• Obtain pre-certifications and input data into the practice management system.
• Coordinate information with billing to ensure accurate billing.
• Coordinate schedules for physicians and staff; file dictation in EMR.
• Run reports and manage supplies, including marketing materials.
• Respond to emails and messages in a timely manner; provide appointment reminders.
