Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Concierge Services team member in Wisconsin to greet guests, assess needs, and ensure a positive first impression at the 11624 AMC Sheboygan County location. The role emphasizes exceptional communication, assisting visitors, coordinating escort services, and supporting patient flow through entrances and parking areas.

You will work 40 hours weekly, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with pay ranging from $18.85 to $28.30 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate required.
• Typically requires 1 year of experience in service management as a concierge or greeter in a large public facility.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and assesses their immediate needs.
• Manages the first impression of the facility.
• Assists customers with transportation needs, directions, and escorts as needed.
• Redirects to volunteers for escorts when possible and verifies destination with admitting or other departments.
• Maintains smooth traffic flow at facility entrances and arranges parking needs for customers.
