Advocate Health’s Concierge Service in Wisconsin is looking for a full-time Concierge to welcome guests, assess needs, and help with directions, parking, and transportation. The role supports patients and visitors, ensuring a smooth arrival experience and coordinating with hospital staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Typically requires 1 year of experience in service management as a concierge or greeter in a large public facility.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Greets customers and assesses their immediate needs.
• Manages the first impression of the facility.
• Assists customers including helping with vehicle, wheelchair, directions, or escort to destination.
• Directs to volunteers for escorts when possible.
• Verifies destination with Admitting or other departments; accompanies patients if needed.
• Maintains smooth traffic flow at facility entrances.
• Assists with parking needs and transportation requests (taxi vouchers, bus passes, etc.).
• Ensures work area is clean, safe, and obstruction-free.
• Reports security/safety issues to Public Safety Services.
• Collaborates with hospital support staff (Public Safety, Environmental Services, Plant Operations, Patient Transport, Grounds).
