Advocate Health Care is seeking a proactive Concierge Service team member in Sheboygan County. You will greet customers, assess immediate needs, and support a positive first impression of the facility.

You’ll assist with directions, escorting, transportation coordination, and parking arrangements while coordinating with hospital departments to verify destinations and maintain safe, accessible entrances.

Formación

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to problem solve and work independent of direct supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to work a flexible, customer-oriented schedule that meets the needs of Aurora guests and visitors.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and assess their immediate needs.
• Manage the first impression of the facility.
• Assist with vehicle assistance, directions, escorts as needed.
• Coordinate with volunteers for escorts when possible and verify destinations with admitting or other departments.
• Maintain smooth traffic flow at entrances and assist with parking needs.
