Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months office or customer service experience required.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience scheduling patients preferred.
• Experience answering phones and greeting clients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments via phone, in-person, or electronic correspondence.
• Take incoming calls from patients and families to assist with scheduling.
• Make outgoing calls to schedule appointments.
• Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure timely care.
