Lincare is seeking a customer service associate to handle inquiries, educate customers on products and services, and document interactions. You will verify orders, update records, and assist with training of staff while supporting compliance with physician directions.

Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound calls, assessing customer needs, and ensuring accurate data entry in computerized systems. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Read and analyze documents such as patient orders.
• Effectively communicate with coworkers and patients alike.

Responsabilités

• Communicates with customers via inbound and outbound manual calls and outbound calls generated via automated dialer system
• Assesses customer need for additional products/services
• Assesses customer compliance with physician orders
• Answers questions and provides customer education regarding products/services
• Documents calls in computerized record keeping system
• Enters customer orders in computerized system
• Verifies and updates demographic information such as address and telephone number in computerized records
