Qualifications

• Computer entry required
• Licensing requirements may apply for specific locations
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers via inbound and outbound calls
• Assess customer need for additional products/services
• Assess customer compliance with physician orders
• Answer questions and provide customer education
• Document calls in computerized record keeping system
• Enter customer orders in computerized system
• Verify and update demographic information in records
