Lincare Holdings is seeking a customer service/administrative associate to assist patients and healthcare providers. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, assess product needs, educate customers about offerings, and document interactions in our computerized systems.

Responsibilities include processing orders, updating demographics, reading patient orders, and supporting coworkers and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or 1-3 months related experience and/or training.
• Computer entry required.
• Must meet licensing requirements for specific location.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers via inbound and outbound manual calls and outbound calls generated via automated dialer system.
• Assesses customer need for additional products/services.
• Assesses customer compliance with physician orders.
• Answers questions and provides customer education regarding products/services.
• Documents calls in computerized record keeping system.
• Enters customer orders in computerized system.
• Verifies and updates demographic information such as address and telephone number in computerized records.
• Read and analyze documents such as patient orders.
• Comprehend pharmacy prescription terminology.
• Effectively communicate with coworkers and patients alike.
• help with the training of employees.
