You will collect patient demographics and insurance information to support revenue cycle operations, answer calls, perform data entry in the EMR, and assist with scheduling and referrals under supervision. Qualifikationen

• Minimum: High School Diploma/G.E.D.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint

Aufgaben

• Escort patients to exam rooms and interview patients, document vitals and information.
• Record patient history in chart and provide directions to patients.
• Assist providers during examinations and support nursing procedures.
• Prepare and process specimens and medications as directed by providers.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA and CLIA regulations.
