Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedules patient appointments by phone or in person.
• Verifies patient demographics and insurance information.
• Collects co-pays, self-pays, and outstanding balances.
• Enters accurate data into the EMR system.
• Coordinates referrals and outpatient test scheduling; processes pre-certification.
• Provides courteous customer service to patients and staff.
