Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year MA, CNA, PCA, STNA, or SEH Clinical Care Tech experience or MA program completion with externship, SEP internship, EMT certification, or health/biological sciences degree.

Aufgaben

• Escort patients to exam rooms and document vitals in the chart.
• Document patient history and provide clear directions to patients.
• Assist providers during examinations and support nursing procedures.
• Handle referral processing, scheduling, and precertification as needed.
• Triage and respond to patient and front-office messages for providers.
