Accendra Health is seeking a Branch Coordinator to deliver exceptional customer service to patients and caregivers by phone and in person. You will ensure timely order processing, verify insurance, and gather documentation to bill health plans while supporting sales and referrals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; at least one year related work experience.
• Healthcare setting or call center experience preferred.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound calls and assist patients.
• Process orders and verify insurance.
• Coordinate with branch team and departments to resolve issues.
• Obtain required authorization and documentation for payor guidelines.
• Handle payments and reconcile daily receivables.
• Conduct outbound patient satisfaction calls.
