Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of related work experience.

Aufgaben

• Act as first point of contact to patients arriving in person.
• Answer inbound calls from customers on a multi-line phone system and provide information.
• Process branch orders, verify insurance, obtain authorizations, and manage data entry.
• Gather documentation to meet insurance guidelines and bill health plans.
• Review accounts and collect required information to enable timely billing.
• Handle credit card payments, reconcile receivables, and deposit to lock box.
• Perform outbound patient satisfaction calls and assist with equipment downloads or tests.
