Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year related work experience.
• Preferred two years in office/healthcare/call center environments.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and greet patients arriving in person.
• Process orders, verify insurance, and obtain authorizations as required.
• Review accounts and collect payments; assist billing and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with sales, referrals, and patients to gather documentation.
• Meet insurance guidelines and ensure timely documentation for billing.
