Qualifications

• At least one year of related work experience.
• Healthcare/office environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from patients and greet customers in person.
• Process orders, verify insurance, and obtain authorizations per payor guidelines.
• Coordinate with sales, referrals, and patients to gather required documentation.
• Collect payments, reconcile daily receivables, and prepare reports.
• Perform data entry and operate multiple systems concurrently.
