Job summary

Accendra Health in the United States seeks a Branch Coordinator to deliver exceptional customer service by phone and in person. You will work with patients, providers, and the branch team to ensure orders are received, processed timely, and accurately, while helping obtain documentation for billing health plans.

The role supports insurance authorization, payments, and data entry across multiple systems; you will engage in outbound calls and patient outreach, with a focus on accuracy and patient

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least one-year related work experience
• Preferred: two years in an office/healthcare/call center; experience with multi-line phones

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact to patients arriving in person
• Answer inbound calls from customers on a multi-line phone system and provide information
• Process branch orders and review multiple systems to assist customers
• Gather documentation to meet insurance guidelines and obtain plan authorizations
• Review patient accounts and bill insurance plans
• Collect payments and reconcile daily receivables
• Conduct outbound patient satisfaction calls
• Handle downloads of recording devices and perform basic equipment tests
• Perform other duties as required
