Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Branch Coordinator to deliver outstanding patient service by phone and in person. You will manage orders, verify insurance, and ensure timely processing while supporting billing and documentation needs to maximize benefits for patients.

The role emphasizes strong communication and multi-system navigation in a fast-paced office setting, with opportunities to engage with providers and patients daily.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of related work experience.
• No certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact to patients arriving in person.
• Answer inbound calls from customers on a multi-line phone system and provide information.
• Process branch duties: create and manage orders, review systems, confirm deliveries, verify insurance, obtain authorization.
• Gather documentation needed to bill insurance plans.
• Obtain health plan authorizations/information as required.
• Review patient accounts and bill health insurance to maximize benefits.
• Collect payments and reconcile daily receivables.
