Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Branch Coordinator to deliver exceptional customer service by phone and in person, ensuring orders are received and processed in a timely and accurate manner. You will collaborate with patients, providers and team members to support timely billing and smooth service.

The position involves assisting with insurance documentation, reviewing accounts, collecting payments, and coordinating delivery details.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of related work experience.
• At least two years in office/healthcare or call center preferred.
• Experience using a multi-line phone system.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact to patients arriving in person.
• Answer inbound calls; provide information and troubleshoot.
• Process branch duties: create orders, review systems, confirm deliveries, verify insurance, obtain authorization.
• Gather documentation to meet payor guidelines for insurance billing.
• Collect payments and reconcile daily receivables.
• Conduct outbound patient and referral satisfaction calls.
