Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of related work experience required.
• Preferred experience in healthcare or call center settings.

Responsibilities

• Be first point of contact for patients arriving in person.
• Handle inbound calls and provide information, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
• Process branch duties including orders, deliveries, and scheduling.
• Gather documentation to meet insurance guidelines for authorizations.
• Collect payments and reconcile daily receivables.
• Perform outbound patient and referral satisfaction calls.
• Obtain required data to bill health insurance plans.
• Adhere to billing, documentation and confidentiality standards.
