Responsibilities

• Interacts with patients and staff per Jefferson values.
• Processes check-in/check-out and schedules via EPIC.
• Obtains pre-certifications/pre-authorizations for procedures.
• Maintains efficient flow of practice and escalates concerns as needed.
• Greet patients/visitors in person or by phone professionally.
• Complies with HIPAA privacy and security standards.
• Adheres to applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
