AltaMed Health Services Corp. is seeking a Patient Services Advocate to welcome patients and ensure a positive front-office experience with compassion and respect in a busy clinic.

This role supports the health care team with strong communication and problem-solving skills, helping patients navigate appointments, forms, and insurance questions. Compensation is $25.00 to $29.38 hourly, with eligibility for discretionary bonuses; bilingual abilities and a valid BLS certification are strongly

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of customer service/reception experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese strongly preferred.
• A valid BLS certification or higher per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.
