Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and guests upon arrival.

• Process registrations and collect co-pays and other payments.
• Post payments and close the end of day cash drawer.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments as needed.
• Inform patients of delays or changes in appointment status.
