Job summary

• Obtain necessary consents/authorizations.
• Collect co-payments and other payments.
• Post payments and close day cash drawers.
• Keep waiting area clean and comfortable.
• Inform patients of delays or changes.
• Schedule appointments as necessary.
• Float to other ICCs/departments as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
