Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of customer service experience.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and guests and confirm their identity and visit details.
  • Complete check-in and check-out functions as directed.
  • Update patient demographic and insurance information.
  • Complete patient registration as needed.
  • Obtain patient consents/authorizations.
  • Collect co-payments and process payments.
  • Post payments and perform end-of-day cash drawer close.
  • Keep waiting area clean and comfortable.
  • Inform patients of delays or changes in appointment status.
  • Schedule appointments as necessary.
  • May float to other ICCs/departments.
