Job summary

UroPartners LLC. in Hinsdale, IL is seeking a Patient Service Representative I to deliver exemplary patient service by phone or in person, manage front desk duties, and guide patients through registration and check-out.

You will handle scheduling, collect co-pays, verify insurance, and maintain accurate records while maintaining PHI privacy. This full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a weekday schedule.

Qualifications

• Skill in using computer programs including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to answer multiple incoming telephone calls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology.
• Regularly adheres to HIPAA & CMS guidelines for privacy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists patients and visitors, in person or by phone.
• Registers new patients and updates demographics with detailed information.
• Collects co-pays and outstanding balances and verifies insurance information.
• Maintains PHI security and ensures confidential handling of records.
• Schedules appointments and coordinates follow-up services.
• Keeps front desk organized and monitors office supplies.
