Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check in/check out; schedule appointments and manage lobby flow.
• Coordinate provider schedules to improve access and reduce wait times.
• Verify insurance details and update patient demographics in EPIC.
• Collect copayments, issue receipts, and reconcile daily transactions.
• Answer multi-line phones, take messages, and schedule appointments.
• Assist with referral management and maintain accurate records.
